1. I confirm that my child is physically fit and able to take part in the holiday program and I am not aware of any physical injury, medical condition or illness that would restrict my child from participating in the required activities
2. I agree that my child will wear suitable and appropriate clothing and footwear
3. I accept that I am responsible for my child’s belongings whilst undertaking this program and the officials are not responsible for any lost belongings
4. I understand that supervision will only be provided to my child during the program hours (8:30am – 11:00am) and that there is no one designated to supervise children outside of this time.
5. I accept that if I am not present for any period of the training program, my child is expected to use toilet facilities independently
6. I agree that if a parent or guardian cannot be located at a time of injury, first aid may be administered to my child by an official who is the holder of a current first aid certificate
7. I will not engage in any form of violent, threatening, abusive or discriminatory behaviour to children or adults within the grounds and I understand that if I do so, my child may be removed from the program
8. I understand that participation in this program is weather dependent, and no refunds will be distributed due to weather interruptions.
